Stu Partner Program Terms

Eligibility

The Program is open to licensed real estate agents in the United States, subject to Quickhatch's approval. You must confirm your brokerage permits your participation, and obtain approval where your brokerage requires it.

The offer

Approved partners share a unique offer code with clients. New subscribers get two months of Stu's annual subscription free, then renew at $24.99 per year unless canceled. One redemption per customer, through an approved partner code only.

Permitted marketing claims

Using materials Quickhatch provides, you agree not to:

• Represent Stu as required for closing or affiliated with your brokerage
• Represent Stu as affiliated with or endorsed by a home inspector
• Make guarantees about repair savings or home condition
• Describe the offer as "free" without disclosing the renewal price

Reward qualification and timing

Rewards are based on paid annual conversions, not clicks, installs, or trial starts. Canceled trials and refunded purchases don't qualify. Rewards are cumulative, milestone-based, and reconciled after a reporting delay. Milestone thresholds and amounts are communicated to approved partners separately.

Required disclosure

If you may receive a reward for referrals that convert, disclose this to clients:

"(Agent Name) may receive a promotional reward from Stu if referred clients become paying subscribers. Stu is an independent home maintenance app and is not affiliated with or required by (Brokerage Name)."

Prohibited referrals

Self-referrals and fraudulent or manufactured referrals are prohibited and disqualify the associated rewards. Quickhatch may withhold rewards pending review of unusual referral patterns.

Brand and trademark use

Quickhatch grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Stu name and logo solely to promote the Program, using assets Quickhatch provides.

Program modification or termination

Quickhatch may modify, suspend, or end the Program, or your participation in it, at any time. Rewards already earned for qualifying conversions prior to termination will be honored.

Taxes

You're responsible for any taxes owed on rewards you receive. Quickhatch may request tax information before issuing rewards that require it.

No agency or employment relationship

Participation doesn't create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship. You're not authorized to make commitments on Quickhatch's behalf.
