Stu is a home maintenance app for iPhone, built by Quickhatch. The name is short for steward, someone who takes care of what they have and passes it on in better shape than they found it. Stu helps first-time and experienced homeowners alike become exactly that: more capable, confident stewards of their home.

Stu generates a personalized maintenance plan based on your home's location and systems, surfaces reminders by season and frequency, and builds a private log of everything that's been done. Each task includes instructions explaining how to complete it and why it matters, so homeowners learn the tasks themselves, not just check a box.

Stu covers ten home systems: Safety, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Appliances, Exterior, Interior, Grounds, Garage, and Paint. Homeowners can log costs, export their full home history as a CSV, and use the app entirely offline. Your home data lives on your device first, and is backed up to your account so you don't lose it if you lose your phone.
