Stu is designed to be a private app. This page describes what data Stu collects (none) and how the app works with your information.

No data collection

Stu does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. All data you enter into the app — your home profile, maintenance tasks, and completion history — is stored locally on your iPhone and never leaves your device.

No analytics or tracking

Stu does not include any analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, or third-party tracking libraries. The app does not observe or report on how you use it.

No account required

Stu does not require you to create an account or provide an email address. There is no login, no cloud sync, and no server that stores your data.

Local storage only

All app data is stored using local device storage (SQLite) on your iPhone. Stu does not use iCloud, network services, or any remote database. Your data is retained until you delete the app.

Crash reporting

Stu may include minimal crash reporting to help identify and fix technical issues. If enabled, crash reports contain technical error information only — no personal data, home information, or usage details are included in these reports.

This website

This website (stuapp.io) uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the page. This collects anonymous usage data such as page views and general location. No personally identifiable information is collected.

Children

Stu is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age.

Changes to this policy

If the privacy practices of Stu change, this page will be updated. Material changes that affect what data is collected will be communicated through an app update.
