What to include

When writing in, it helps to include:

  • A brief description of the issue or question
  • What you expected to happen and what happened instead
  • The iOS version and iPhone model you're using
  • The version of Stu you have installed (found in Settings → About)

Refunds

Stu is purchased through the App Store. Refund requests are handled directly by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
